The top half shows natural disasters caused by conditions in the atmosphere: tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and droughts. The bottom half contains information about natural disasters created by forces beneath Earth’s crust: earthquakes, volcanoes, and tsunamis.  The teacher's guide contains additional information about each type of natural disaster and related activities.
